Supervisory Training Series

Stepping Into Leadership Training Series

Transitioning effectively into a new management position can be challenging without solid leadership training to prepare for the role.  A supervisor or manager must navigate the expectations of both company leadership and employees, manage competing priorities, achieve results through the work of their team, and resist the temptation to do it all themselves.  This Stepping Into Leadership Training Series is designed to provider participants with an interactive learning experience to develop and exercise these skills for success in supervisory and mid-level management roles.
